Oh, yes, I am.

You’re probably thinking to yourself right now, is she really just going to pop in here and post a meal plan without even addressing the fact that she basically disappeared from the blogosphere for over a month and a half?!?

And the answer is: Yes.  Yes, I am.  My blog, my rules.  *neener*neener*neener*
