Oil and Water, those 2.

First of all, I wanted to thank all of you who took the time to comment, email, call, or text me regarding my last post on how much is too much when it comes to kids activities.  Just as I suspected, you all were full of good ideas and it certainly gives us something to think about!  I think it’s safe to say that I’m having a particularly difficult time transitioning into this stage of life.  However, I feel confident that it’ll get better as this “kid raising” continues and we have a little more practice under our belts.  Really, though, thanks for your comments of support, ideas, and “I hear ya! You’re not alone”’s! It feels nice to be in good company.

Anyhoo.  On to business.  Ok, not business at all, but I did want to post a couple pictures and videos of my 2 littles.  These girls have been keeping me entertained and laughing these past couple weeks, as the big kids have been gone more.  Don’t let these pictures fool you, though.  These 2 can go from being best friends to worst enemies in 3.2 seconds flat.  And the screeching.  Oh, the screeching.  They bring out the loud in one another, that’s for sure.

Regardless of how it looks, I promise that they don’t really watch that much TV.  It’s just when they happen to be the most still.  You know how that goes, right?

And here are a couple videos of the girlies in action.  KT is slowly, but surely starting to use more words.  As you can imagine, she hasn’t needed to talk much to get what she wants around here.  And Cam?  She doesn’t!stop!talking!  See?

Such cuties Missy! I enjoy reading your posts. It definitely makes a mom feel better to hear we have the same struggles. It's so funny what you say about your two youngest because our girls are similar ages and they behave the same way. In Target yesterday they started smacking each other in the face... I can only laugh about it now and I know I saved money by getting out of there faster because of it! Keep blogging... I slacked this week. P.S. Thank you for helping with the toddler open gym. Aubrey was needing to run around a bit!
