First of all, I apologize for the lack of posting (once again!). Life with three kids has been a change, to say the least. But, here I am. Tired, frumpy looking, and a little frazzled. Life is good and we're blessed beyond belief.
So, it's day two of going solo. Three on one. Not great odds, but it is now 11:38 and so far so good. Everyone is fed and clothed. I have showered, done 2 1/2 loads of laundry, and dinner is in the crockpot (thanks, Terri!). I hate to jinx myself, but at this pace we're on track for a nap. Woo-hoo! I won't lie...I'm counting down the hours until J comes to the rescue, but things are looking good.
I'm planning on writing up Camden's birth story in more detail than any of you would want, but I'm a bit of a birth junkie and my kids' entrances in to this world are events I want to remember. So, consider this your warning...I will be using words like "cervix," "dilated," "crowning," and "pressure." As a nurse, my filter of appropriateness has been dulled and I have the ability to make people uncomfortable. But, my blog, my right. Anyway, here are a few more pics to hold you over...
Our little glowworm/sun tanning goddess. Really, I'm ready to throw the stupid light out the window.
And, how about the hubby of mine?!?! He's just the sweetest. Thanks, J, for keeping this thing updated when I just wasn't feeling up to it AND for the kind words. The feeling is mutual. Now, COME HOME! :-)
