I've been in a blogging funk lately. Truth be told, it hasn't been just with blogging. I've been so "blah" for the last week or so. I'm chalking it up to stress of selling the house, feeling huge, and pregnancy hormones in general.
Anyhoo, nothing new going on around here.
Eli still isn't walking, but is sooooo close. It's funny because I just don't think he really wants to. Typical boy. :-)
Addi keeps us laughing from the moment she wakes up in the morning to the minute her head hits the pillow at night. I've been so horrible about documenting some of these hillarious conversations, but off the top of my head...
  • Last week she told me, "Daddy broke my heart." When I asked her why she said "because he wouldn't let me take a bath." Such a mean dad! Hopefully this will be the last time her little heart gets broken.

  • We've had a few conversations with Addi about moving to a new house and she has made it very clear that she does NOT want a new house. Well, upon further investigation it seems little Miss thought that moving to a new house would mean leaving all of her things here. Now that we've clarified that fact that we would take ALL of our things with us (including her toys), she is perfectly fine with the idea.

  • Two Sunday's ago was Addi's first performance with Little Cherubs choir at Church. How'd she do? Great. She did what any 3-year-old girl would do...stand there awe-struck, lift up her dress, then wave like mad when she finally spotted Papa and Jojo. I'm still not sure if she even uttered one word of the song that we had spent the last 4 WEEKS listening to - over and over again.

Baby #3, lovingly referred to as Tater-Tot (thanks, Jenni!), is growing like a weed. I'm going to the doctor every two weeks now and will be on the one week schedule in a month. I've gotten the "weight" lecture my last two appointments. Call me vein, but being told that you're "too big" is a real blow to the old self-esteem and it really gets me....especially when I am working out and don't feel like I'm over-eating. Anyway, I was just telling J last night that I can not wait to have another baby! Everyday I find myself more and more excited to see how this little Tater-Tot will fit into our family.

I'm off to make dinner and take Addison to gymnastics....one of the highlights of our week! Watch out world -- she's the next Shawn Johnson! :-)

(I have no idea where this pose came from -- she just did it!)
