...your husband asks, "Are you ever going to update your blog?" :-)
So, J, my love, this is for you.
Let's see...not a whole heck of a lot going on here.
The house has been on the market now for just about a month. We're encouraged because we've had people through and everyone that sees it says it "shows well" (what exactly does this mean?!), but they all seem a little hung up on the bathroom situation (only 1 1/2 baths). Not much we can do about this, so we're trying to remain patient. However, this is proving difficult as we've fallen in love. *sigh* It seems we've found the house we want, but there's a catch...right now a relocation company has it, which means no offers are accepted contingent on sale of another home. Bascially, we have to sell this house and be ready to close before making an offer on this other home. We've lowered the price of our house (just about as low as we can go and justify moving) and are just praying that the "right" family or couple sees our house and falls in love -- before the other house sells. Whew, I get stressed just thinking about it. :-)
In other news, our school routine/schedule is in full swing. Addi has been enjoying preschool two mornings a week, while little man Elijah loves storytime at the library (check him out!) and a little one-on-one time with Mommy. Addi also starts gymnastics this Thursday and is singing in the Little Cherubs choir at Church, which is about the cutest thing I've ever seen. Participation in Little Cherubs has, inevitably, led to LOTS of practicing. J and I had to laugh at ourselves last Friday night as we were out driving around in our NEW MINIVAN, looking at houses, and listening to/singing along with kids worship songs..."I've got the joy, joy, joy, joy down in my heart. Where? Down in my heart..."
Hmmm...what else? Told you things were slow around here!
Pregnancy-wise, things are going great and I'm hoping to post another belly pic very soon along with the pregnancy Q & A, as promised.
Well, I'm running out of time before picking up Little Miss from school, so I'd better wrap this up. I promise to post again soon...I'd hate to feel the wrath of J again! :-)
