Macaroni Casserole

1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn with liquid
1 cup cubed Velveeta Cheese
1 cup dried macaroni
1 stick melted butter or margarine
(I also added a couple tablespoons of sour cream)

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees, covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 30 minutes. It's as easy as that!

This was yet another feeble attempt at getting Addi to eat corn. Not really sure why I care so much, but she just does not like corn and I can't seem to wrap my brain around that. J & I both really like corn, so it's kind of one of our "staples." Fresh, frozen, canned, on the cob, creamed...you name it, we eat it. So, why I ask, does Addi refuse to eat it?!?

In the grand scheme of things, I have much bigger problems than Addison not eating corn, and I'm not losing any sleep over it. However, we do live in IOWA!

Ummm... this sounds extremely tasty. I may have to use this as Sean and I are corn fans, too :)
